What's the return policy?

Accepted Answer

Returns can be accepted within 14 days of purchase.
Store credit only- no refunds will be given.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags still attached .
All sale items, jewelry, and handbags are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Shoes must be unworn and returned in their original box.
ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE AND MAY NOT BE RETURNED/EXCHANGED.

What's the shipping policy?

Accepted Answer

We strive to process and ship all orders within 1-3 business days.
Weekend Orders: Orders placed after 6:00pm CST on Friday will be shipped on Monday.
Evening Orders: Orders placed after 6:00pm CST on weekdays will be processed and shipped the next business day.

We carefully inspect all items, however if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can assist you promptly. Be sure to include photos of the damage and the packaging to help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
